Time to time up-skilling and re-skilling its own employees through classroom courses, on job training and their re-deployment is an excellent initiative of Jindal Power Limited which enables its employee to learn new skills and contribute to the growth of the Company. Jindal Institute of Power Technology JIPT is conducting the up-skilling course for more than 100 employees in 3 batches who after their training shall be re-deployed as operators in different functional area of O&M. Trainees are actively involved in a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, making the learning experience both dynamic and enjoyable. The training, delivered by expert IIPM faculty, is receiving great feedback from the attendees.
