A two-day training program on “Leading the Change” was successfully conducted at JIPT on 17th and 18th February 2025. The sessions were led by esteemed faculty members Mr. B.K. Mishra and Mr. A.N. Verma, who visited the campus to share their expertise and experiences with the employees of Jindal Power Limited (JPL).
This program was designed to equip participants with the insights, skills, and mindset necessary to navigate uncertainty, foster resilience, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. It served as a platform for thought-provoking discussions, knowledge-sharing, and the development of practical strategies that empower individuals to lead transformation within their roles and teams.
The sessions were highly engaging and well-received, marking another successful step in JIPT’s commitment to professional development and organizational growth.
