Under the Dakshata Program, Jindal Institute of Power Technology (JIPT) and Jindal Power Limited (JPL) collaborated with PRISM WORLD to launch a focused initiative aimed at building internal training capabilities.
The first batch of the Train the Trainer (TTT) workshop was successfully conducted from 13th to 15th May 2025.
This impactful program was designed using:
- Instructional design principles
- Adult learning theories
- Practical teaching strategies tailored for technical content
Participants engaged in hands-on facilitation, delivered technical demonstrations, and received structured feedback — all focused on enhancing delivery skills, clarity, and learner engagement.
Outcome:
A cohort of technically proficient trainers has now been developed, fully equipped to deliver standardized, engaging, and effective training sessions across the organization.
This initiative strengthens internal capabilities, enhances knowledge retention, and significantly reduces reliance on external trainers — ensuring consistent and scalable skill development across teams.
